I have always believed that elegance is more than appearance- it is a way of being.
Alongside my business experience, my professional journey began in the banking sector, where I witnessed firsthand how crucial etiquette, professional presence, and refined communication are to building trust and achieving success.
Alongside my business experience, I cultivated a deep passion for diplomacy, protocol, and the quiet power of poise. This led me to immerse myself in the study of fashion history — exploring the timeless icons and enduring principles of style that have shaped how we present ourselves to the world. As part of this journey, I am currently pursuing a PhD focused on The Language of Elegance: Pauline Trigère and the Semiotics of Appearance in the Context of 20th-Century Social Etiquette.
Through the combination of business experience, cultural understanding, and an appreciation for timeless aesthetics, I recognized an opportunity: to help talented professionals enhance the subtle skills that define true sophistication and leadership.
That is why I founded Protocol Communication — to guide individuals and organizations in mastering the art of presence, professionalism, and international etiquette.
And because elegance is also a language of details, I created the Kohan silk scarf collection: signature accessories designed to complement and elevate a sophisticated professional image.
My mission is simple: to help you step into every room not just seen — but remembered.

The story of the brand goes back to my family background. I have the luck of a loving family with the gift to have known all my grandparents.
Kohan is my maternal grandfather’s family name in the honor of which I have chosen the KOHAN name for my brand.
He was a bespoke taylor only satisfied with a perfect job, who made the suits for polticians and actors in Budapest in his twenties, and who then, given the chance, became independent. We surprised him with a trip to London for his 90th birthday, where we visited the famous Savile Row and the not less famous Henry Poole tailor, making excellent, hand-made suits for the nobility since 1806.
My grandfather would listen and observe for hours how the tailors made their suits; finally, a tiny process impressed him. As he got home he instantly refitted the suits in preparation to make them look nicer. This Kohan heritage for sophistication, precision, and eagerness to learn are my companions on my journey to produce tasteful scarves.
With the hope that you will find one of our silk masterpieces calling you, I wish you joyful browsing on my website.
